 2. Until December 27, 2006, the date that camp begins, request that Nita Clark, rnclark@aristotle.net, make available to you a current list of the information contained in number 1 above, as additions are made to that list.

 3. Respond to any correspondence from anyone who requests information about the Preschool Camp.

 4. Request from Dr. Jim all administrative information associated with the Preschool Camp.

 5. Familiarize yourself with the Preschool Camp Schedule for each day.

 6. On the date that camp begins, be present at the 4-H Center and work with the Adult Camp Director in registering and assigning sleeping quarters to all arriving Adults with Preschool campers.

 7. Work with the Camp Director, Dr. Jim, to determine the number and location of all classrooms needed to carry out the Preschool Camp Schedule.

 8. Be available at camp to answer Preschool camp related questions.

 9. The Camp Director and Camp Marshall can be looked to for assistance and support wherever and whenever needed.

10.    The 4-H Center Maintenance Department will set up Preschool camper rooms in whatever manner desired, but it will be the Preschool Director’s responsibility to give them plenty of lead time.

11.    Determine the furniture and equipment needed in the campground preschool rooms that will need to be transported from the BDCLR to the campgrounds.  (Get approval from Rev. Ric to use what is needed.)

12.    Be responsible for arranging transportation and delivery—to and from the campsite--of the furniture and equipment needed in #11.

13.    Alert the Camp Director, Dr. Jim, of any Preschool camper who will need transportation between the Little Rock airport and the Campgrounds.

14.    To improve the administration of AWFR, it is respectfully requested that the Preschool Camp Director’s notify the Camp Director of any responsibilities that should be added to this list, and to notify him, of any rules, regulations, policies, or guidelines that should be added, deleted, or revised to improve the spiritual benefit derived from camp by its Preschool campers.
