ceased in 70 A.D.
- Everything that is real is not from
God.
- We are not now living in an age of
signs and wonders.
- There is no sound biblical indication
that we are the rapture generation.
- There is no healing in the atonement.
- There is no sound biblical precedence
for being "slain in the Spirit."
- We are not experiencing the
fulfillment of Joel's prophecy.
- Modern-day charismatic experience is
not the "latter rain."
- Right THINKING takes precedence over
all emotion and experience.
- Every believer receives the H.S. at
salvation without evidence of speaking in tongues.

information is NOT designed as an attack on modern-day pentecostals or charismatics. In the spirit of Christian love,
the following information is designed to challenge the
THINKING of serious Bible students who may themselves be
born-again believers, but may be seeking Christian maturity
through various forms of emotional and/or miraculous
experiences.
